Please note that all sites are unpowered. Vendors requiring electricity must supply their own quiet generator.

SITE ACCESS Bump In: 12pm - 3pm

All vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the site unless organised 30 minutes prior to the event. Bump Out: From 8pm No vehicles will be permitted access until advised by event staff. The use of hazard lights may be required.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Please provide copies of the following:*

Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency (minimum $20 million)

Food Registration Certificate

Food Trader Registration (if applicable)

Gas Compliance Certificate (if applicable)

Electrical Test and Tag Certificates (if applicable)

Working with Children's Check (if applicable)

Your logo so we can promote you on our website and socials

EVENT REQUIREMENTS - please read carefully:

All Market Attendees agree to:*

Supply their own marquee (if required)

Ensure marquees are weighted on every leg using suitable weights. Pegs are not permitted

Supply their own table, chairs and display equipment

Supply their own quiet generator

Keep their site clean throughout the event

Remove all the rubbish from their site before leaving

Not dispose of rubbish in event bins

Arrive during bump in times only. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter site with their vehicle

Have vehicles removed from the event area no later than 30 minutes before the event opens

Remain set up until the official closing time unless unauthorised by event organisers

Follow all directions from event staff and volunteers

Operate safely and comply with all relevant food safety and OH&S requirements

Ensure generators, gas bottle and cooking equipment are safely operated and supervised

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Sites are allocated at the discretion of the event organisers
Preference may be given to unique products and local businesses to ensure a diverse event
The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe
Bacchus Marsh SES reserves the right to refuse or cancel applications where necessary
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and stock
Participation in the event of the vendor and associates is at the vendors own risk
This form will be reviewed and if accepted, banking details and more information will be forwarded. Payment must be received within 7 days of acceptance otherwise the allocation may be cancelled
